Our Story

 

Shak Shuka Authentic Moroccan is a food stall and catering business based at 267 Scarborough Beach road, Mt Hawthorn. From humble beginnnings, Elli Kaspi and his mum Riki Kaspi set up the first Shak Shuka stall in the winter of 2012 at Subiaco farmers market, our flagship. The resounding response was that Perth loved the Moroccan flavours  of poached eggs and slow roast tomatoes for breakfast.

Since then the Shak team has expanded to over 10 markets around Perth, almost every week. Since our establishment, more dishes, flavours and a diverse catering branch has been introduced. This has allowed us into the homes of our faithful customers who have entrusted us to cater for the most intimate of events. ​

Shak Shuka uses local produce from Perth based suppliers coupled with biodegradable products to ensure the sustainability of our environment, and we are proud to support this endeavour.
